By placing an order, you agree to the full

Privacy policy, you will be charged the amount of selected products today for your first month and every 30 days up to 12 months until you
cancel. You will receive an email notification 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction. You will be enrolled in your Monthly Subscription program by ordering from this website for the selected products. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped via USPS, delivery is typically completed within 3–5 business days. You may cancel at any time by calling Customer Service at

Shipping Method: By placing an order, you will be charged the full price of the package you selected and the order will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout. Your order will be shipped via USPS once the card is billed, shipment will take 3-5 days to delivery.
Refund Policy
In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone or email and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package, and send back the opened/unopened product to our fulfillment center, within thirty (30) days of the date you received the product. In order for your refund to be processed the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within thirty (30) days of the original date you received your purchase. You pay for return shipping. Returns are processed within 24-48 hours of arrival at the fulfillment facility. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund. Intellectual Property
The Website and all of its contents including, but not limited to, articles, other text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, product names, designs, logos, and the collection, arrangement, and assembly of all content (collectively, "the Intellectual Property") are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States. The Intellectual Property is the exclusive property of Tri Green Farms or its licensors.
Arbitration & Governing Law
We each agree to finally settle all disputes only by arbitration. The arbitration will be administered by the National Arbitration Forum ("NAF") under its arbitration rules. WE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the USA. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force.
Complete Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to Your access and use of the Website and Your ordering and use of the Products. Tri Green Farms reserves the right to change any of the provisions posted herein and You agree to review these terms and conditions each time You visit the Website.
